1. BUTTERFLY BALLET
This creative movement ballet lesson for kindergarten kids takes them through the special journey that is the life of a butterfly.
After a 2-minute warm-up, we pop out of our eggs and move like caterpillars.
Next, we wiggle and twist as we create our chrysalis, and lastly, we emerge as beautiful flying butterflies.
We then play a game to consolidate the learning from the lesson and finish with a cool-down which helps to teach children the importance of doing one before moving on with their day.
No need for any equipment, just grab your imagination as we wiggle, twist, and fly into amazing butterflies!

4. LEARNING SHAPES MOVEMENT AND DANCE TUTORIAL
Starting with a warm-up, we then go through a fun dance tutorial exploring creative movement that teaches shape awareness for rectangles, ovals, and hexagons.
We brainstorm where we see these shapes in nature and then move our bodies like some of those objects with carefully selected music that ignites the imagination.

As learning about shapes is part of the mathematics curriculum it is a great way to combine math learning with movement!
5. LEARNING COLORS MOVEMENT AND DANCE TUTORIAL
In this lesson we are not only learning to identify colors, we are also learning to recognize how our bodies react to our emotions.
Carefully chosen music is used to help inspire us to create movement based on those emotions and colors.
This lesson is about feeling scared, excited, and positive and so we go through a great range of emotions and movement that keeps kids interested throughout the lesson.
6. CONSTRUCTION SITE EASY TAP DANCE LESSON
In this dance tutorial, we explore the world of tap dance by pretending to construct a building – digging the foundations with our feet, tapping all the nails in, and then using our feet as brushes to clean up the construction site ready for the building to be used!
This is a fun and easy tap dance lesson for preschoolers and kids and the best thing is you can choose to dance in your shoes or tap shoes if you have them.
A great introduction to the basics of tap, Move Dance Learn style with a warmup, cool down and dance game to consolidate skills learned during the lesson!
8. THE SIX DYNAMICS IN DANCE
This video is a tutorial that goes through a short explanation of each dynamic and then takes students through a short guided tutorial where they can experiment with the dynamic being taught through creative movement.
Students can choose to either follow the instructor or experiment with their own movement to carefully selected music that complements each dynamic.
9. SPOOKY HALLOWEEN DANCE CLASS
10. CHRISTMAS DANCE AND MOVEMENT LESSON
This dance class is all about Christmas with a quick appearance by the big man Santa himself at the end!
We dance like reindeer, make presents in Santa’s Workshop, and open presents on Christmas morning.
We start with a warm-up, end with a cool down, and play a game as well all in about 15mins!
